Desired Profile

-10-20 years of experience in People Management, Integrity ,Commitment , Good analytical Skill ,Result Oriented, Communication and Presentation Skill
– Supervise and Training skill, QMS, EOHS, Strong Mechanical Knowledge in Special Purpose machines like Milling , Hydraulic & Mechanical Pressing machine, Blender, Furance Maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

– Installing New machines and commissioning
– Maintain Zero Breakdown
– Responsible for MTTR & MTTF
– Planning, organize spares & other resources for effective & economical manufacturing.
– Ensuring adherence to Preventive Maintenance schedule.
– Ensuring the basic condition of Machines.
– Ensuring maximum uptime of Plant machineries.
– QMS and EOHS, customer specific system compliance and Legal compliances
– Man power allocation and handling.
– Maintain shop floor 5’S
