Datamatics does not poach talent from the clients with whom they are engaged with as per contract agreements in place.
Candidate Off-Limits
A candidate once placed by us is “off-limits” for DSSL during his/her tenure with the client organization.
In the rare case that a candidate approaches us, we do not process his or her application till we get the client’s approval.
Candidate’s CV referral approval
Candidate’s resumé is referred to the client only with prior concurrence of the candidate.
Reference Checks
We undertake thorough reference checks. In the event of a bad reference, the candidate is withdrawn instantly.
Out-of-pocket Expenses
Out-of-pocket expenses are invoiced only if pre-approved by client.
Confidentiality
Client and candidate confidentiality are strictly maintained.
