Smita serves as Vice President – MIDC Mumbai Branch for Datamatics Staffing Services Limited. She heads a team of IT and non-IT recruiters, and during her stint of 17+ years with Datamatics Staffing Services, she has built an impressive repertoire of clients across several sectors, and geographies (India & MEA).

Her team has strong delivery capabilities in IT, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors. The team has successfully recruited for senior and mid-management levels, as well as for volume hiring needs of our clients. Her team has been recently expanded to address the emerging business opportunities of IT Contract Staffing.
