Our client had given us the mandate to identify an R&D Leader to help lead the Design and Development Roadmap delivery of their Products and Technology platform. Someone who would drive best in class architecture / platforms and development practices to create best in class products.
The client was looking for a professional with strong understanding in Design, Product Development and Life Cycle Management of Power Electronics Products like UPS, Home Inverters, SMPS (AC-DC/ DC-DC), and LED Drivers with thorough knowledge of Various SMPS Switching Topologies like QR Fly-back, Forward, Half Bridge, Full Bridge, Resonant LLC etc.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading Lighting / Power Electronics Companies in India, after an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working in the R&D Department of a Leading Consumer Electronics company. The candidate has rich experience of 18+ years in Electronics Hardware Design & Development (Analog, Digital, Power). Electronics such as UPS, Inverter, Converter, Battery Charger & SMPS design.
