Our client had given us the mandate to identify a Global IT Director to deliver exceptional technology and business support services for Clients globally and across the Company. They were looking for an expert in implementing processes that improve the understanding of client’s technology needs, experience in rolling out complex enterprise applications with proven skills in acting as a technology advisor to internal business leaders. The Global IT Director candidate was expected to be highly proficient at crafting a strategic IT roadmap for the company along with a detailed execution plan.

Our client was looking for a seasoned IT professional, preferably from the BPO, CX Solutions, or a related market sector, with rich experience in delivering enterprise-scale IT change programmers, deployment of new platforms, software, and hardware.
