Datamatics Staffing hires CFO for a growing Institutional Food Tech company

Datamatics Staffing Services Ltd. (DSSL) has recruited a CFO for Institutional Food Tech Company having its presence across India with its specialization in B2B business.

Our client had given us the mandate to identify a leader to help them lead the Finance team and someone with strong background of Fund raising. This person was to be based at Bangalore office.

The client was looking for a professional with CA background, 15-20yrs experience, ideally people in start-ups, else people who have experience with growing companies. Fund Raising experience, investor interaction dealing with Banks/PE.

DSSL researched a broad spectrum of candidates across leading Technology Companies in India as well as start-ups. After an intensive engagement with several candidates, DSSL zeroed in on a highly qualified professional working as Finance Director with a Global Shared Services Organization, which covers the entire spectrum of retail – IT, Business, Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain. The candidate was hired in the month of August 2019 and has joined at CFO Level after completing 6months notice period in previous company.
